1. Information We Collect

To provide licensing, security, support, and Software functionality, FyeTweaks may collect:

• License key — used to validate and manage your license.
• Hardware ID (HWID) — a device identifier derived from your PC and used to associate a license with a device and help prevent unauthorized license sharing.
• IP address — used for security, fraud prevention, and license-abuse detection.
• PC name — used for licensing, security, and troubleshooting purposes.
• Crash reports — may include the FyeTweaks version, Windows version/build, error information, and limited license information necessary to identify the affected installation.
• Email address — collected at checkout on fyetweaks.us so your order can be identified, your license can be delivered and support can be provided.

VPN usage is permitted. IP addresses are used for security and abuse prevention and are not intended to prevent legitimate VPN use.

2. Information Stored Locally

Your FyeTweaks activity history, including information about optimization changes you have applied, is stored locally on your PC where applicable.

This local activity history is not uploaded to FyeTweaks unless specifically required for a support or diagnostic feature that you choose to use.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

FyeTweaks does not intentionally collect:

• Personal files
• Documents
• Photos
• Browsing history
• Keystrokes
• Passwords
• Private messages
• Game account credentials
• Other personal content unrelated to licensing, security, or crash diagnostics

4. How We Use Information

Information collected by FyeTweaks may be used solely for purposes including:

• Validating licenses
• Managing license status
• Preventing unauthorized license sharing
• Detecting fraud and abuse
• Delivering Software updates
• Diagnosing crashes and technical issues
• Providing customer support
• Maintaining and securing our services

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

FyeTweaks may use third-party service providers necessary to operate the Software and its services.

Cash App (Block, Inc.)

Payments are made through Cash App. Cash App processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive the payment amount, your Cash App display name or $Cashtag, and the payment note so we can match your payment to your order.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare may provide hosting, networking, security, and infrastructure services for the FyeTweaks website and licensing systems.

Information may be shared with these providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant services.

6. Data Retention

License and license check-in information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide and manage your license.

Crash reports may be automatically deleted after 30 days, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or technical purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information associated with your FyeTweaks account or license, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Please note that deleting information necessary to validate your license may result in your license being deactivated.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information used to operate FyeTweaks. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published through our website, storefront, or Software.

Continued use of FyeTweaks after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
