FyeTweaks is a digital product delivered through a license key. Because access to the Software may be provided immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the license has been delivered or activated, except where otherwise required by applicable law or under the exceptions listed below.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the associated FyeTweaks license being suspended or terminated, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the payment provider.
This does not limit your legal rights regarding legitimate billing disputes.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the purchase, the issue reported, applicable law, and the terms of the applicable payment provider.
