1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using FyeTweaks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License

FyeTweaks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own PC, subject to the license purchased.

Each license key is intended for use by the purchaser and may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, or distributed to others.

Monthly licenses are valid for 30 days from first activation and do not renew automatically. Lifetime licenses remain valid for the lifetime of the FyeTweaks product, subject to these Terms.

3. What the Software Does

FyeTweaks is a Windows optimization tool designed to modify system settings intended to improve gaming performance.

Depending on the selected options, FyeTweaks may modify Windows settings including, but not limited to:

• Windows Registry settings
• Windows services
• Power plans
• Network configuration
• System configuration settings
• Other Windows performance-related settings

FyeTweaks requires administrator permissions for certain features to function.

Where supported, changes made by FyeTweaks are tracked locally and may be reverted through the Software. A system restore point may also be offered before certain optimization operations.

4. User Responsibility

You understand that modifying Windows system settings carries inherent risks.

You are responsible for:

• Backing up important files before using the Software
• Maintaining a functioning Windows installation
• Reviewing optimization options before applying them
• Using the Software only on systems you own or are authorized to manage

Although FyeTweaks is designed to make safe and reversible changes, we cannot guarantee that every configuration will be compatible with every PC, Windows installation, driver, or third-party application.

FyeTweaks is not responsible for system instability, data loss, application failures, downtime, or other issues resulting from use of the Software, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use FyeTweaks to:

• Cheat in online or offline games
• Circumvent or disable anti-cheat systems
• Evade game bans or detection systems
• Violate the terms of service of another game, application, or service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key
• Crack, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software
• Use hardware-ID features for the purpose of evading bans or detection

FyeTweaks is a system-optimization tool and is not intended to function as a cheat or anti-cheat bypass.

6. Updates

FyeTweaks may automatically download and install updates, patches, bug fixes, security improvements, and new features.

Lifetime licenses include future Software updates while the FyeTweaks product remains available.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace features of the Software.

7. License Termination

FyeTweaks may suspend or terminate a license if you:

• Share or distribute your license key
• Resell or sublicense your license
• Attempt to crack or bypass the Software's licensing system
• Reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software
• Violate these Terms
• Use the Software for unauthorized or prohibited purposes

Termination may occur without a refund where permitted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

FyeTweaks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific FPS improvements
• Reduced latency
• Improved ping
• Improved system stability
• Compatibility with every PC configuration
• Compatibility with every Windows version
• Compatibility with every game or application

Performance results vary depending on hardware, drivers, Windows configuration, games, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FyeTweaks and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to FyeTweaks shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published through our website, storefront, or Software. Continued use of FyeTweaks after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
